CoolSnowGlobes appoints AnnMarie Gallo as general manager

CoolSnowGlobes of Windsor, Vermont is pleased to announce the appointment of AnnMarie Gallo as general manager. Additionally, CoolSnowGlobes celebrates its 15th anniversary this year and is poised to continue the year-over-year growth it has seen since the inception.

Unique in the marketplace, CoolSnowGlobes is a high-end snow globe company that has redesigned and reimagined the snow globe for the 21st century,  through innovative design and new techniques.

Gallo will assume many of the responsibilities previously held by owners Liz Ross and David Westby, to allow them to focus on creative. Her background in both wholesale and retail will bring a new vision to the market and to the marketing of the company.  She is currently responsible for the creation of newly designed CoolSnowGlobes wholesale and retail sites and is spearheading a complete back-end restructuring of the company.

Over the course of her tenure at Bed Bath and Beyond she successfully generated millions in revenue through the introduction of several new business areas including better casual tabletop as well as identifying and developing legacy brands for retail such as Riedel. She was part of the website launch team and lead for creation of the omni-channel hard-goods division. She also established the Direct to Consumer business strategy and implementation.

Previously, she held the positions of vice president and FMO at Lifetime Brands, as well as  director at Ten Strawberry Street and Over and Back, where she managed and grew key account relationships.Simultaneously, on a local level, she opened a successful home goods boutique that was carefully curated and served the local community. She will provide new leadership to keep the Cool in CoolSnowGlobes
