Dallas Boasts New Resources & Top Headliners in January

Top Headliners Educate and Entertain

Thomas O’Brien, an acclaimed home furnishings retailer and interior designer, will take the stage on Friday, Jan. 17 at noon, World Trade Center (WTC) 1st floor. O’Brien is based in Manhattan and is the proprietor of Aero Ltd, the influential SoHo home boutique and retail extension of Aero Studios, one of America’s leading design firms, with O’Brien as founder and president. He will discuss his design philosophy and new book, Aero: Beginning to Now

Chris Hanmer, a rising star in the pastry industry and winner of Bravo’s “Top Chef Just Desserts”, will present a cooking demonstration on Saturday, Jan. 18 at noon at The Culinary Stage, WTC 1st floor during the Dallas Total Housewares & Gourmet Market, Jan. 15-21

Alex Hitz, celebrity chef, cookbook author and founder of the luxury gourmet food product line The Beverly Hills Kitchen, will lead a cooking demonstration on Friday, Jan. 17 at 2 p.m. at The Culinary Stage
