Not only has Las Vegas Market grown by leaps and bounds over the last two years—adding 1.1 million square feet of new and expanded showrooms and products in all categories of furniture, home décor and gift—but the social calendar is also on overdrive. Exclusive tours, meet and greets, brunch bars, and official market after-parties at Las Vegas’ top nightclub—plus inspiring activities with top tastemakers on social media site—will connect the home industry at the upcoming Las Vegas Market, scheduled January 26-January 30, 2014.
The campus will be abuzz with energizing entertainment in the Grand Plaza as well as nightly receptions hosted throughout the Market floors. Plus, attendees will be treated like VIPs in several leading Las Vegas nightclubs for official after-parties. Las Vegas Market attendees will be greeted daily with complimentary breakfasts, nightly courtyard receptions, and cocktail receptions. Book signings with top design personalities, as well as the distinguished WOW Awards hosted by Withit, will punctuate a week of who’s who in home furnishings in Las Vegas.
Also new to the social media scene will be an Instagram takeover by 15 leading design tastemakers including Barbara Barry, Ron Woodson, Jaime Rummerfield, Jason Oliver Nixon, Dallas Shaw and many more. In a promotion tagged #ViewonVegas, these tastemakers will hijack Las Vegas Market’s Instagram feed (@LasVegasMarket) each day of market, giving attendees and followers a glimpse of how Market unfolds—the finds, the fun and the friends—through their distinctive lenses.
