EVL Cheese Company Opens In Ellicottville
Ellicottville, NY – Those in Ellicottville and the surrounding area have a much shorter drive for their favorite Cuba Cheese Shoppe products, as EVL Cheese Company on Saturday celebrated its grand opening.
Promoted as being “sliced from the Cuba Cheese Shoppe,” the new EVL Cheese Company was opened by Sarah Bradley, daughter of the Cuba Cheese Shoppe owner Jeffrey Bradley, next door to the new Kwik Fill/Red Apple convenience store on Washington Street.
“We’ve had some long days and long nights but we got it open,” Ms. Bradley said on the store’s first day. In July, she announced plans to open the store and over the past two and a half months transformed a vacant storefront into the speciality cheese shop.
