Experience two different tours at High Point Market

The High Point Market Authority (HPMA) has expanded the Style Spotters Trend Tours program for Spring Market, April 6-10, 2019. A program focused on exposing Market attendees to the wide variety of exhibitors High Point Market has to offer, Style Spotters Trend Tours has been a favorite program of Market guests for several years.

Traditionally, the Style Spotters Trend Tours have been offered on Tuesday of each Market, immediately following the Style Spotters LIVE! breakfast. The tours consisted of each Style Spotter picking two of their favorite showrooms around Market and then leading a group on a tour of those two showrooms within a 60-minute timeframe.

Beginning this spring, two different types of Trend Tours will be available. The Favorites Tours will follow the traditional schedule and will be offered on the morning of Tuesday, April 9, at 10:15 a.m. following the Style Spotters’ breakfast event, showcasing two favorite showrooms each during one-hour tours. Four Style Spotters will offer these tours – Shayla Copas, Cynthia Ferguson, Benjamin Johnston and Style Spotters Advisor Shay Geyer. No RSVP is required for the Favorites Tours.

Category Tours will expand the program beyond Tuesday programming, offering two-hour tours on a specific product category and covering four showrooms each. Two tours per day will depart from The Point each morning at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, Sunday, April 7, and Monday, April 8.

The Saturday tours will include Eric Haydel focusing on antiques and antique reproductions and Laura Thurman focusing on showrooms with a global aesthetic. The Sunday tours will include Style Spotters Advisor Gary Inman focusing on hospitality and Courtney McLeod focusing on artisan makers. The Monday tours will include Kara Cox focusing on designer-friendly upholstery and Erinn Valencich focusing on lighting trends.

Space is limited for each of the Category Tours and advanced registration is required. An RSVP form for the Category Tours and details about the Trend Tours program as a whole can be found by clicking here.
