Louisville, KY – Owner Erika Chavez-Graziano founded the Cellar Door Chocolates more than seven years ago as a boutique chocolate company.

Cellar Door Chocolates has a candy shop and a kitchen in Butchertown Market, 1201 Story Ave. There, it makes various confections, including truffles, bourbon balls, brittle and caramels. But the company’s main focus is chocolates, everything from cherry cordial truffles to pink-colored chocolate pigs to jockey silk-styled chocolate lollipops.

“The only thing we can’t do is make chocolate,” Chavez-Graziano said.
