GIFT SHOP Magazine announces launch of online Retail Forum

Hanover, Mass. – GIFT SHOP magazine is proud to announce the launch of its online Retail Forum at GIFTSHOPForum.com.

The Retail Forum is GIFT SHOP magazine’s newest online venture and is meant to bring gift store retailers, vendors and other industry professionals together.

Participants can initiate and take part in discussions about gift store operations, marketing strategies, staffing practices and other aspects of their business. A variety of categories such as “Customer Service,” “Tradeshow/Mart Discussion,” and “What Should I Sell,” makes the forum easy to access and use. Retailers can also connect with the Specialty Retail Expert and publisher of GIFT SHOP, Patricia Norins, as well as with the magazine’s editor and writers.

Participation is free and available to all in the gift industry. Retailers who sign up will have their names included in a raffle to win a free video iPod Nano. One Nano will be raffled off during the months of January, February and March each.

Patricia Norins, publisher of GIFT SHOP, encouraged all retailers to take advantage of the magazine’s latest business help tool. “This is a live, 24/7 business network that is invaluable for the gift industry retailer. We have been talking about the forum for a long time now and are glad to see it launch,” she said.
