Grace Management Group acquires Audrey’s
Grace Management Group acquired Audrey’s, a designer and distributor of home accent products, located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
As a privately held family-owned business founded in 1975, Grace Management Group has traditionally specialized in home fragrance products through its five brands: Greenleaf, Bridgewater Candle Company, Votivo, The WillowBrook Company and NOTES. This acquisition expands the company’s growth opportunities beyond fragrance.
“We recognize and celebrate Audrey and Ken Mull for their creativity, hard work, and perseverance in building such a successful and recognized home accents business serving independent retailers over the past 44 years,” said Bob Caldwell Jr, President of Grace Management Group. “Being a family-owned business ourselves, we appreciate all that is required to sustain any business, let alone a family business, over multiple decades.”
Grace Management Group plans to operate Audrey’s as a standalone company, maintaining its operations in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, its separate sales team and its showroom in Atlanta’s AmericasMart.
“We are thrilled our company has been purchased by a family who shares our faith-based values in how we have conducted our business and lived our lives,” said Audrey Mull, founder of Audrey’s. “We are also humbled and appreciative for the wonderful team of employees and customers we have been blessed with over all these years. We are confident Grace Management Group will be excellent stewards of the business in the years to come.”
Don Barton, vice president of sales for Audrey’s, will remain with the company in his current role.
“I am proud and excited to rejoin Grace Management Group, the company that gave me my start in the industry over 25 years ago, where I was National Sales Manager for Greenleaf,” said Barton. “Grace and Audrey’s share common origins and values, fostering unique cultures that prioritize employees, families, and global charitable giving.”
Robert Caldwell, III will assume the role of director of creative development, leading product development efforts for Audrey’s. Since joining the family business eight years ago, Robert has served in the roles of showroom manager and content manager on the digital marketing team at Grace Management Group.
“Robert has literally grown up in this industry, passing out samples in our showrooms since elementary school and working in our manufacturing and distribution operations during his teen years”, said Caldwell, president of Grace Management Group. “He knows our industry well. He also understands the culture we desire to build within our company. We’re thankful to have a capable third generation family member assuming such a strategic leadership role in the business.”
Audrey and Ken Mull will remain involved in the business. Audrey will continue in a product design role. Ken will serve as a strategic business advisor and looks forward to continuing to meet and work with customers in the Atlanta showroom.
