Hamilton Memorial Auxiliary Opens New Gift Shop
Hamilton Memorial Hospital District (HMHD) Auxiliary recently opened their new gift shop near the main entrance of the hospital.
“This gift shop is a project that our Auxiliary has dreamed about for years,” said Randy Dauby, HMHD CEO. “In the old hospital, there was simply not room for an actual gift shop, but the construction of our new hospital remedied that situation. The gift shop is manned by volunteers from the Auxiliary and these ladies are doing a phenomenal job.
“The gift shop has just been opened a few weeks,” said Dauby, “but the response has been wonderful. The Auxiliary staff has stocked the gift shop with a number of attractive, high-quality products including folk art items, jewelry, purses, candles, shirts and pictures, and sales have really taken off.
“If you need a gift for someone, I encourage you to stop by and see what is available in our gift shop.”
