Harvest Sweets Fruit Truffles Now Kosher Certified
Cape Cod Provisions LLC announced that their Harvest Sweets® brand of all natural Fruit Truffles are now kosher certified. Product packages now bear the Star-D symbol of the Star-D Kosher Supervision of the National Council of Young Israel.
The truffles have silky-smooth ganache centers of pureed fruit, fresh cream and cocoa butter and are surrounded with luscious milk or dark Belgium chocolate, creating a sinfully delicious chocolate and fruit taste sensation. There are seven varieties: cranberry, orange, blueberry and raspberry in dark chocolate shell, as well as key lime, strawberry and peach in milk chocolate shell. Each truffle is individually wrapped in a foil color wrap to match the fruit ganache center.
