Gift Shop and sister publication Museums & More visited MSA Forward, March 28-April 1, in San Diego. The show brings together non-profit retail professionals, buyers and vendors from around the world to learn best practices and identify trends that are impacting the non-profit retail industry.

MSA Forward kicked off with a keynote presentation from Bob Phibbs, the Retail Doctor. Breakout sessions touched on topics like fair trade, accessibility, social media, customer engagement and more. Steve Farber, bestselling author and president of Extreme Leadership Inc., hosted a breakout session on extreme leadreship and presented the closing keynote during a luncheon.
