Vancouver, BC – Michaelanne Buckley oozes passion when it comes to olive oil.
Sitting in her shop on West Broadway, the aptly named Vancouver Olive Oil Company, her eyes light up when extolling the virtues of extra virgin olive oil.
“The crush date!” she practically cries out. In a quieter voice, she explains: “That’s what you want to know when buying olive oil.”
