Jane Shasky – Expressions of Gratitude, New Look, New Successes With Recent Licenses
For watercolor artist Jane Shasky, gratitude is an on-going theme throughout her work. Having undergone a life challenge recently, Shasky’s art has evolved, becoming even more vibrant as a result of her personal growth. Jane Shasky is one of several compelling artists represented by Alicia Dauber, principal of Licensing Liaison.
“I’ve been blessed with so many wonderful friends and opportunities and have a huge sense of gratitude for life itself,” explains Shasky. “I wanted to find a way to express through my paintings a sense of what means so much to me: the joy, grace and abundance of life. To celebrate these things, I’ve created a new collection of paintings entitled Botanical Inspirations, which feature close-up details of the flowers I most love, interlaced with layered elements and quotations in my own calligraphy.”

This will also be the cover image of their new 2012 catalog. Based on their past success with Shasky’s highly recognizable brand, they look forward to taking this collection of images into a new calendar title for 2014, as well as continuing to offer Shasky’s original calendar titles, Birds In The Garden and Herb Garden.
