Johns Creek Chocolatiers Take Home First Prize at Flavor of Georgia
Johns Creek, GA – M Chocolat is already the confectionary shop that is everyone’s guilty pleasure up and down Old Milton Parkway. Now proprietors and sisters Maritza Pichon and Marlena Snyder have a new creation, the Blues Blueberry and Peach Bar. It was so successful it won statewide recognition March 18 at the annual Flavors of Georgia competition.
It is sponsored by the University of Georgia and the Ga. Department of Agriculture.
Pichon and Snyder opened M Chocolat in in 2011 to much local success. Last year they were runner-up in the Snack Foods category with a peanut and caramel bar. This year they won it all with their Georgia Blues Blueberry and Peach Bar.
