K. Hall Studio acquires Homesick BVG from WIN Brands Group
K. Hall Studio, a leader in design-driven home fragrance and personal care, announced the acquisition of Homesick BVG from WIN Brands Group, the parent company of Homesick, a nationally recognized fragrance brand known for its emotionally resonant, place-inspired products.
The acquisition brings together two respected names in the gift industry, uniting K. Hall Studio’s heritage of craftsmanship and retail execution with Homesick’s distinctive storytelling and strong consumer demand. Homesick will continue to operate as a standalone brand within the K. Hall Studio portfolio, with a focus on expanding wholesale partnerships, product innovation and market presence.
