Kate Aspen Announces the 2008 Wedding Favor Collection
Atlanta, GA – Kate Aspen, a nationally recognized leader in wedding favors and baby shower favors, introduces its 2008 collection. Debuting this year, the collection includes Out of the Box favors, Favors for All Life’s Events, and a fresh new color palette for the popular Personality Favors. In all, the Kate Aspen Collection features 90 completely new favor designs, some innovative and some more practical.
Because the visual impact of the outside of a gift box is often as important as what’s inside, Kate Aspen has created Out of the Box favor boxes with extraordinary detail. Consider the charming “Getaway Car” — a vintage auto sporting an expandable convertible top and two “tin cans” trailing behind. With the tropical Palm Tree Favor Box, the “Enchanted Carriage” Favor Box (shown above) and others, brides can complement almost any wedding theme. These palm-sized treasures are a cinch to fold, pop into place and fill with treats.
Also in 2008, Kate Aspen introduces a new color palette to the Personality Favors collection, inspired by wedding color trends and the responses of thousands of brides who have taken the kateaspen.com Unveil Your Bridal Style Quiz since its inception in January 2007. The quiz marries the bride’s personality to her favors and packaging by way of five virtual brides, each with her own color and pattern choices. The 2008 Personality Favors collection features 12 favors and 25 box colors/patterns, giving brides the luxury of 300 options.
Highlights of the 2008 collection include the whimsically gift-boxed “For Richer or Pourer” Wine Pourer/Stopper, the “Meant to Bee” Ceramic Honey Pot with Wooden Dipper, and the “Buttercream Dreams” Cake Candle. The “Cookin’ Up Romance” collection includes the “Heart-y Beginnings” Egg & Pancake Mold, “A-Peel to My Heart” Peeler and “Have a Ball!” Melon Baller, all with coordinated gift boxes. Now brides can mix-and-match their favors on the reception table or pull a theme through all events surrounding the wedding.
Kate Aspen was founded in 2004 by Atlanta native Jennifer Fallon while searching for favors for her own wedding. The company has quickly grown to become a leader in the wholesale wedding favor market, setting the industry standard for affordable, creative, beautifully packaged favors. Kate Aspen now offers more than 300 favors in its wedding collection — from traditional to whimsical and everything in between. In 2007, the company launched baby shower favors, and this year the line expands to include favors for all life’s events, including birthday, Quinceañera, sweet 16, girls’ night out, anniversary and graduation.
