Loose Leaf Tea Store Opens in Highland
Highland, MI – Lisa Detkowski, owner and operator of the The Tea Store and More, a Michigan-made company has settled into a perfect spot in Highland.
Detkowski, also owner of The Plum Door Tea Company, has been searching for the perfect place for The Plum Door to call home. The Tea Store and More features more than 65 blends of loose leaf tea, tea accessories, gift baskets, cards, candles, local art and photography. Customers can shop while sipping on a cup of tea.
“The best thing about shopping in our store for new blends of tea is that you can try it before you buy it,” said Detkowski. Most of the tea blends are created by Detkowski herself. She takes pride in her blends and guarantees small-batch blending to retain freshness and flavor over the “big box” store brands.
