Courtney Heldt opened the store — which offers children’s clothing, furniture, bedding and accessories — Jan. 6 in Newpointe Shopping Center. She bought the Henn’s Nest, which had been a Newpointe tenant, renamed the business and relocated to another spot in the plaza.

Heldt recently shared some lessons she has learned as a new business owner.
