Maple Landmark Expands Line with Several New Products

Middlebury, VT – Growing leaps and bounds, the Schoolhouse Naturals™ brand line now has several new items to appeal to a widening audience. The Schoolhouse Natural™ brand introduces 6 new products for the Holiday buying season. All of the new items are crafted from responsibly harvested hardwood maple, have laser engraved detailing and have no finish.

Toddlers will enjoy the Gardentown Cars. The Inchworm Bus measures about 6″ long and almost 3″ tall and is cut from a solid piece of 1″ maple. The Bean Car is about 6″ long, 3″ tall and 1″ thick. The Peapod Racer is a sleek 7″ long, 2″ tall, and 1″ thick. Each car has over-sized wheels for easy rolling and fun organic shapes to touch and feel. The Gardentown Cars are tested and approved for children 6 months and up. The Peapod Racer has already been selected to appear in a Toy Industry Association display, in Las Vegas, at the beginning of November. Gardentown Cars are expected to retail at $9.00

Schoolhouse Naturals Animal Shapes come in two different sets with four animals in each set ~ Wild Animals and Farm Animals. The Wild Animal set has an elephant, zebra, gorilla and a lion. The Farm Animal set has a cow, pig, duck, and dog. All the animals are engraved on both sides and are ¾” thick. These animals are also sanded flat on the bottom so they can “stand up.” Great for open ended pretend play. Each set is shrink wrapped for shipping. The Animal Shape sets will retail for $19.00.

The final addition to the Schoolhouse Naturals™ brand is the play furniture pieces. The play furniture, like all of the other Schoolhouse Natural products, is cut from responsibly harvested hardwood maple with interesting details. The 9-piece furniture set contains a bed, dresser, couch, sideboard, two chairs, a table, a stove and refrigerator. Each piece is detailed on multiple sides making for open-ended play. The chairs sit 2″ tall and the table is 3 ½” long. All the pieces are sanded flat on the bottom for easy play. Comes shrink wrapped as a set. The Wild Animal set was tapped to represent Maple Landmark Woodcraft at the New York International Gift Fair in August, in the Sustainability showcase.

“We are proud of our new products,” states Mike Rainville, owner, “this is a quickly growing brand and listening to our customers and reacting to what they are looking for helps our product development and helps our company to grow.”
