Maxine H. Burton joins the Georgia World Congress Center Authority Board of Governors

Maxine H. Burton was appointed to the Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) Board of Governors by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. The governor-appointed group of fifteen oversees the largest combined convention, sports, and entertainment campus in North America.

“I am honored to be selected by Governor Brian Kemp to serve on the Board of Governors for the Georgia World Congress Center Authority. With almost 40 years in business, I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to such a well-respected and accomplished group. As a lifetime Georgian, I am deeply committed to the growth and improvement of our great state,” Maxine Burton, founder and president of burton + BURTON, said.
