MFA, Precious Moments sign licensing agreement

Mark Feldstein & Associates, Inc. (MFA), a product development company and importer of home décor, seasonal décor and giftware, has signed a licensing agreement with giftware manufacturer Precious Moments to design, manufacture and distribute inspirational products. The agreement was brokered by Spotlight Licensing and Brand Management, Inc. on behalf of Precious Moments.

The initial MFA Precious Moments product introduction will occur early in the second quarter of 2019, and will include wall and desk clocks, LED flameless candles, LED lanterns, canvases and nightlights.

“With Precious Moments being the world’s most recognized inspirational brand, this agreement provides a great opportunity for our company to open up new sales channels in the U.S. and Canada and enhance our overall product offering,” said Mark Feldstein, president of Mark Feldstein & Associates. “In addition, it allows two well-known companies in the giftware industry to share positive messages with consumers.”
