West Dundee, IL – It’s going to take a while for the owners of Around the Corner Candy to get used to the size of their new digs.

Kim Srajer opened the store in 1998 at 107 S. Second St. in West Dundee. The more popular the business got, the harder it became at times for people to make their way through the small shop. The building itself was also in need of repair.

Now, Srajer, along with her daughter, Clare, 22, and nephew, Austin Arendt, 24, who became her business partners in January, are marveling at the amount of space they have in their new location at 99 W. Main St.
