New Shop Fits Mother and Daughter To a “Tea”By Roxanne BrownDailyCommercial.com

Clermont, FL – When Erika Shanoff was a little girl, her mother Leila would often play “tea party” with her.

“We had tea parties at home and she loved it, so I decided to start taking her to real tea rooms for real tea,” Leila Shanoff said. “From the moment we stepped inside, Erika loved that, too, and from there, every time we would go on a trip somewhere, we would find a tea room.”

Over the years growing up, Leila said she and Erika visited tea rooms in places around the United States like Tennessee and Missouri. Overseas, the pair scoped out tea rooms in France and Italy, or on farms where high tea was served in England, Ireland and Spain.
