Work Begins on Shops at Tripps
Construction is under way on two sites at U.S. 15-501 and Murray Hill Road that will be called the Shops at Tripps.
The shops, which will be in two retail buildings, are being built to host a wide variety of stores.
“The kinds of tenants we are looking for are ladies boutiques, jewelry stores, bakery, cell phone store, a cafe, a coffee shop, and gift shops,” said Marlene Spritzer of Spritzer Commercial Properties.
Spritzer Commercial Proper-ties is helping to sell the two sites. The first is a 7,070-square-foot building west of Chick-fil-A restaurant. The second is a 11,775-square-foot building located behind the Chick-fil-A and northwest of Tripps restaurant.
Battleground Development, which built the Tripps restaurant, is working with Spritzer. It has been involved with similar projects around other Tripps restaurants. The most recent one was in Richmond, Va.
