Northfield, MN – For the past couple of weeks, Felicia Crosby has been like a kid in a candy store. Her own candy store.

While she might not be considered a kid anymore, one of her childhood dreams came true recently when she bought the Cocoa Bean in downtown Northfield from Grania Garnighian and added toys not only to the inventory, but also to the store’s new name.

Now called “Cocoa Bean Toys & Sweets,” Crosby hopes to not only continue the tradition of having Northfielders and out-of-towners alike patronize her business for ice cream and treats, she also hopes her classic toys will be a hot seller.
