Nouriche, Ellicottville’s Newest Trendy Boutique
Ellicottville, NY – A new boutique featuring trendy, eco-friendly clothing and recycled, repurposed merchandise has opened at 14 Washington St. Environmentally aware shoppers will be pleased to find a variety of items ranging from eco-friendly, fashionable apparel to recycled, custom made dog accessories.
Store manager Jessica Maynard, of Ellicottville, said the boutique went from an idea to a reality very suddenly. Around the first of the year, with the help of close friends and family, she started toying around with ideas for the boutique. By February, they had the store space and started remodeling into April. On April 12, the store had a soft opening and the official grand opening was held on June 15.
Nouriche was more than just an impulse. Maynard’s experience from her home-based business, the restaurant business and her skills at marketing and selling products all contributed to getting the business up and running.
