Paper House Productions is Nominated for Three Louie Awards

Saugerties, NY – The Greeting Card Association just released the list of finalists for the 21st Annual LOUIE Awards. Paper House Productions is nominated for three awards in the following card categories:

  • Christmas / Holiday / Seasonal ($3 & below)
  • Easter ($3 & Below)
  • Valentine’s Day ($3 & below)

The nominated cards are Snowman (Christmas / Holiday / Seasonal), Spring Potted Flowers (Easter) and Lucky in Love (Valentine’s Day). Each card has a beautiful four color greeting inside that relates the outside card image with its personal sentiment.

These are just three of many famous, photographic cut-out cards that comprise a full line of cut outs started in 1983. For more than 25 years later Paper House continues producing and selling exceptional greeting cards, magnets, stickers and scrapbooking products around the world.

According to the Greeting Card Associations’ website:

“The LOUIE Awards represent the greeting card industry’s highest honor for creative publishing excellence.”

Last year, Paper House earned the LOUIE Award winner for the Easter ($3.00 & under) category with our cut-out greeting card “Bunnies”. Previously, the company won LOUIE awards in 1997 and 1991.

Winners in every category will be revealed during this year’s LOUIE celebration on Monday, May 18, 2009 at Capitale in New York City. The finalists will be showcased in a special LOUIE Awards display at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center during the National Stationery Show, May 17 – 20, 2009 in New York City.
