Peet’s Coffee and XpresSpa Named PHL’s Restaurant and Retailer of the Second Quarter 2011-2012
The Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) announced Peet’s Coffee, D/E Connector, and XpresSpa, Terminal C, as its Restaurant and Retailer of the Quarter, respectively, for Q2 2011-2012.
The Philadelphia Marketplace’s Cutting EDGE! Program (Excellence Drives Great Experiences) was designed to motivate and reward merchants. Each merchant can earn EDGE! points for exceeding expectations through great customer service and participation in marketing programs. At the end of each quarter, the food merchant and retail merchant with the most points are named “Merchant of the Quarter” respectively.
Located in the D/E Connector, Peet’s Coffee has maintained a commitment to artisan roasted, gold-standard specialty coffee and tea. Since 1966, Peet’s continued growth has been fueled by the ever-increasing loyal number of coffee lovers and dedicated fans across the nation.
XpresSpa, located in Terminal C, offers massages, nail care and skin care for travelers. Passengers can relax in XpresSpa’s healthy and restorative atmosphere while receiving on-demand spa services.
“We’ve set high standards for customer service at PHL, and our merchants continue to meet and exceed expectations,” said Anna DiGregorio, Director of Marketing for the Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops. “I’m proud to recognize the team members at Peet’s Coffee and XpresSpa for their exceptional work this quarter.”
