Regent Holding Company gains new investor

Regent Holding Company, parent company to brands Creative Co-Op and Bloomingville, announced an investment by private equity firm Freeman Spogli & Co., the Wang family, and management as part of a corporate recapitalization.

Founded in 2001 by Robert and Susan Wang, Regent has grown in recent years to be a leading global presence in the home décor and accent product industry. Regent holding acquired Danish home décor brand Bloomingville in 2014 rounding out a broad range of customers representing more than 30,000 retail doors globally. This includes 12,000 independent retailers in the North America, 3,500 customers in Europe, as well as 65 authorized dealers and company stores across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
