Reps Are Local Too will host its next free webinar on Thursday, Sept. 25, offering sales representatives practical insights on using CRMs and inside sales support to boost business growth and elevate customer experience. 

The highly successful Reps Are Local Too’s webinar series continues to provide reps with actionable takeaways designed to sharpen their sales strategies, foster stronger retailer connections, and stay competitive in today’s wholesale marketplace. The upcoming session is open to all industry sales representatives.

    Phil Fisher, Sales Manager, DNA Sales
    Fisher has been an integral part of DNA Sales for more than 20 years, where he serves as Sales Manager and a mentor to both colleagues and industry peers. With a Master’s degree in education, Fisher brings the perspective of a teacher to his work. He is the creator and moderator of the Reps Are Local Too webinar series, where his ability to connect people and guide meaningful conversations has helped deliver practical education and thought leadership to sales representatives nationwide.

  • Dawn Grooters

    Dawn Grooters, Broken Vessel Sales Solutions
    Grooters has spent years in the industry including as an outside sales rep and key account manager. After a personal tragedy in 2011, she pivoted inside sales where she discovered new ways to connect with customers and increase sales. In 2019, Grooters founded Broken Vessel Solutions with one mission: to help sales professionals and companies stop missing opportunities and start creating meaningful customer connections with innovative strategies. 

  • Adora Allen, Cornblatt & Associates

    Adora Allen

    Allen began her career as a retail buyer, gaining valuable insight into consumer behavior, product trends, merchandising, and the intricacies of inventory management and gross margin. Now a sales representative with Cornblatt Associates in Maryland and Delaware, she draws on 25-plus years of experience representing more than 100 leading gift and souvenir brands. Allen is known for building long-lasting relationships and helping stores reach their full potential through tailored sales strategies, product knowledge and a commitment to customer success.

  • Joan Howard

    Joan Howard, SE Marketplace
    Howard is the East Tennessee territory rep for East Tennessee, and has been with SE Marketplace for seven and a half years. Prior to working with SE Marketplace, Howard was a buyer for a department store and a hospital gift shop for more than 20 years. Her motto is “Work smarter, not harder!” 

  • Jeni Rieger, independent sales representative

    Jeni Rieger

    Rieger is an experienced retail professional with over 15 years in buying and product development. She has been an independent sales representative since 2015, in that time mostly serving the Rocky Mountain states and the west coast. She is focused on key account management and has a proven ability to grow partnerships and sales opportunities.
