Richmond, IN – There’s a new shop downtown.

Not Too Shabby is owned by Retta Lewis, who won 35 months of free rent in the store at 724 E. Main St.

Building owner Jeanne Rush sponsored the contest in honor of the 35th anniversary of her own shop, The Secret Ingredient, at 720 E. Main. The store front next door had stood empty for two years after King’s Men’s Shop closed, despite her best efforts to lease it.

“Let’s give somebody an opportunity to make their dreams come true,” said Rush when the contest was announced.
