Ridgeland store offers one-stop gift shopping
Ridgeland — Jodie Badon serves as a one-stop stationery and gift shop for brides, event planners and gift seekers.
The boutique offers invitations, stationery and other gifts.
Owners Lauren Benner, Kristen Sulser-Guinn and R. Bean Sulser said their passion for fun and entertainment motivated them to open the shop.
Jodie Badon is named for the great grandmother of Benner and Sulser-Guinn.
“It’s a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere,” customer Elizabeth Cobb said of the boutique.
Shoppers can customize and print invitations and announcements at the store. Customers can also personalize the many gift offerings.
“You can buy a baby gift, get ready for a party and then get something for your mother-in-law,” said Benner.
The boutique supports local artisans selling handmade picture frames and other pieces. Jodie Badon also carries china, crystal, children’s clothing, handbags, candles and other accessories.
