Strong Market With Abundance of New Resources Anticipated For Spring 13 LA Fashion Market at the CMC

The California Market Center (CMC) will be presenting thousands of Spring 2013 collections to buyers, Monday-Thursday, October 15 – 18, 2012, for Los Angeles Fashion Market, also open on Sunday, October 14 for Preview. Resources will be featured throughout hundreds of the CMC’s showrooms, in addition to special exhibit areas SELECT Contemporary Tradeshow, TRANSIT The LA Shoe Show, and FOCUS Apparel & Accessories Show, plus the recently expanded Gift & Home Showcase. To complete the Market experience, buyers and industry guests are invited to attend various special events, including an Opening Night Reception and Fashion Presentation, spotlighting multiple brands from CMC Showrooms, and a variety of perks throughout each day.

Monday evening, buyers and industry guests are invited to the CMC’s Spring 2013 Fashion Presentation, which will be spotlighting Mystree, Stop Staring, Grace in LA, Acoustic Denim, and Ximena Adamo. The fashion presentation will take place from 5:45pm – 6:15pm in the CMC Main Lobby, in the middle of the LA Fashion Market Opening Night Reception, which will run from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. The reception will feature complimentary Patron Tequila cocktails, a D.I.Y. Muddle Your Own Patron Margarita Bar, hors d’oeuvres courtesy of Trader Vics LA Live, and live DJ, plus IZZE, Dry Soda, and Honest Tea. Guests who choose to participate in the D.I.Y. Muddle Bar will also go home with their own complimentary engraved Patron muddle.

The next LA Fashion Market, which will be featuring Summer 2013, is scheduled to take place Monday – Thursday, January 14 – 17, 2012.
