Loveland, CO – Sunny Jim Walters was a hard candy expert who could roll and fold the candy to produce flowers and hearts and other delicate inventions, said Ida Suppes, current owner of Sunny Jim’s Candy.

Suppes still displays “Sunny Jim’s” hard candies at the front of the store, although they are no longer made by him.

While Sunny Jim has passed on and his wife, Edna Walters, just celebrated her 100th birthday in March, Sunny Jim’s Candy lives on with the help of Ida Suppes.
