The Candleberry Company appoints new national sales manager

The Candleberry Company, manufacturers of fragrant candles, room air fresheners and accessories, has appointed Scott Kearns as its National Sales Manager. Kearns comes to Candleberry after a tenure as District Sales Manager for the Red Bull Division of Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits. He managed all sales activities of a 34-county district and sales organization where he directed overall sales activities, coaching, training and direction of sales representatives.  Prior to his management role, Scott served as a Red Bull territory manager for Glazers Distributors of Indiana.

Kearns served in the U.S. Army as a combat engineer during Operation Iraqui Freedom II where he was a squad leader, managing and supervising combat vehicles and overseeing training and evaluation of enlisted personnel.

In his new role as National Sales Manager for The Candleberry Company, Kearns will continue to build and train the sales team, coordinate with major accounts, and manage company participation in trade shows throughout North America.

Kearns is a graduate of Morehead State University where he earned his bachelor of science in industrial technology.  He is a specialist in brand building who expects to significantly enlarge the retail base for Candleberry both within existing territories and in regions new to the organization.
