The Midwest Children’s Apparel Group (MCAG) is a growing organization of more than 30 independent sales representatives selling maternity, infant, children’s and juvenile apparel, gifts, gear and accessories to businesses throughout the Midwestern states. MCAG trade shows are comfortable, buyer-friendly environments. Show venues offer convenient metro locations, free parking, hospitality suites and buyer lunches.
The Deerfield Children’s Show, our premier event, held 4 four times per year, is now the largest children’s apparel show in the Midwest.
