Tiqets offers Work from MoMA contest
Tiqets Ups the Ante in Remote Work With Work From MoMA Contest
Tiqets, an online ticketing platform for museums and attractions, is turning the biggest cliché from the last year into a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity this summer. Tiqets and the world-famous Museum of Modern Art are partnering to treat 10 contest winners and a guest to an awe-inspiring day of “Work From MoMA” following a year of work from home. The Public is invited to enter for a chance to win now through June 23.
From now through June 23, the public is invited to enter Tiqets’ exclusive contest for a chance to work among MoMA’s iconic galleries and sculpture garden, with its famed works of art as their muse. As the ideal setting to fuel creativity, contest winners can answer emails while admiring Cézanne’s prominent drawings, hit the throttle on a fresh project while appreciating classic cars in the new Automania exhibition, or gaze at van Gogh’s celebrated The Starry Night while brainstorming the next winning idea.
In addition to being surrounded by stimulating works of art from some of the most creative minds of our time, the memorable day includes a lunch break in MoMA’s outdoor Garden Bar or Terrace Café, Wifi and refreshments.
“We are thrilled to partner with The Museum of Modern Art to give 10 lucky winners an unforgettable day of work from the recently renovated MoMA, ” said Gina Fitzpatrick, senior regional manager for the U.S. for Tiquets. “Can you imagine a conference call from the fabulous new exhibit Automania, or viewing masterpieces like Water Lilies in between reading e-mails? Now you don’t have to, because for one day you can work from one of the most famous art museums in the world!”
“There is nothing like actually being in the MoMA galleries, seeing the works of art up close and in person,” said Carly McCloskey, assistant director of sales and marketing at MoMA. “We have incredible icons of modern art in our collection – Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Frida Kahlo, and many more – but there are also many artists and stories that people don’t know much about. We hope the winners will find a new favorite alongside the famous works of art they’ll see and will feel inspired as they spend a day at work at MoMA.”
