Transpac promotes Tara Dikos to executive vice president

Transpac has promoted Tara Dikos to executive vice president of Transpac. Dikos was hired in July 2014, as vice president of sales and marketing. Since then she has been instrumental in defining sales processes, building strong relationships with sales organizations and customers, implementing customer service processes, and building the internal infrastructure for continued and future growth.

Tara Dikos is also a 40 Under 40 Gift + Stationery Award nominee.

Tara came to Transpac with extensive experience, having entered the gift industry in 2001 as a gift sales representative then on to owning a regional sales agency. Most recently Dikos held vice president of sales positions for both Whereoware and SnapRetail where she garnered e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media marketing experience.

It is this broad experience that has prepared Tara for a larger role within the Transpac organization. In this new role, Tara will continue to be responsible for all sales and marketing functions within the Transpac family of brands, as well as play a key role in working cross-functionally to help oversee all aspects of the business including deeper involvement with product development, operations, and strategy.

“We are thrilled about Tara’s promotion as it is much deserved. Tara is an outstanding leader and one that is passionate about improving processes and people. She has grown extensively both personally and professionally since being at Transpac and I have no doubt that she will succeed tremendously in this new role,” said Laurie Gilner, president and CEO of Transpac.

“I could not be more proud to be a part of this organization and to be able to work alongside incredibly talented people who inspire me daily.    The future is bright for all of the C&F family of brands and I am honored to be a part of the next chapter of Transpac’s evolution” says Dikos.

Tara will start her new position immediately and Transpac will be looking for key Sales Management roles to backfill her most recent position.
