Precious Stone Collection from Woodstock Chimes add Charm to Homes and Gardens

In 2007, the success of Woodstock Chimes’ best-selling Turquoise Chime prompted the company to expand the single item into an entire Precious Stone Collection, using faux lapis, amber and turquoise stones, which are all considered to have magical powers. The original Turquoise Chime is tuned using the Golden ratio, which was discovered by ancient Greeks and is found throughout nature. The turquoise stone itself has been used throughout the ages to ward off evil and to ensure faithful, reliable relationships. In addition, turquoise has been admired for thousands of years for its beauty and brilliant colors. In many Native American languages, the translation of turquoise is “sky-stone.” For 2007, Woodstock Chimes created a larger version of its best seller, the Medium Turquoise Chime.

The Amber Chime and Lapis Chime also joined the Woodstock lineup for 2007. Featuring a stunning windcatcher with a moveable center piece, the Amber Chime appeals to all tastes. Amber was actually worshipped by stone-age men as the tears of the sun. The faux, royal blue stones in the Lapis Chime represent truth and openness and also complement the satin silver tubes.
