Young Designer Launches Travel Bag and Accessory Line
At a time when most teenagers are thinking about summer vacations and temporary summer jobs, Designer Faith Nicole is busy designing her 2011 Fall Collection of travel bags and accessories and working with suppliers from around the world. Just 18 years of age, she successfully launched her Spring Collection at the Atlanta and Dallas Gift and Accessory Markets. Flaunt is making waves in the giftware and fashion industry with its attention to detail, quality workmanship, style, and affordable price points. The new company is projecting multimillion dollar sales in its inaugural year.
“We are very excited about the reviews and reception of our products,” Designer Faith Nicole said. “It’s very exciting for me to meet with customers at market and see their reactions.”
The old adage, “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree” is certainly true in Faith’s case. Faith’s family has been in the giftware industry for over 17 years. They started with one gift shop and quickly grew to seven locations across the state of Oklahoma. From there, Bret and Dianna Mouse began designing their own giftware products and successfully marketing them to the wholesale market. The Faith Collection, Drake Designs, Little River, and Drake Candles are product lines currently within their portfolio. The company is located in Norman, Oklahoma.
Faith is a National Honor Society student graduating this May from Norman North High School, Norman, Oklahoma. She will be attending the University of Oklahoma in the fall majoring in International Business.
“Faith is the driving force behind Flaunt,” her father, Bret Mouse said. “We are very proud of her hard work and ambition.”
