Zak Captures the Feel of the Islands with the New Caribea Color Story

There’s a certain feel to the Caribbean islands. A feeling of calm. A feeling of tranquility. A feeling that life is simpler than we tend to make it. It’s a feeling that anyone who has ever spent time in the Caribbean wants to bottle up and take back home with them. Zak Designs has found a way to help people do just that with its newest color story for 2012.

A blend of tropical and island colors, Caribea is designed to bring the ethnicity of the Caribbean into kitchens anywhere. Island brights dominate this fresh new color story, mixing blue with the sweeter colors of pink, orchid, and raspberry and contrasting it all against with the brilliant white that’s reminiscent of the sandy beaches the Caribbean is known for.

The color story is featured on a wide selection of serveware and kitchen prep products including Zak Designs’ iconic Colorways Nesting Bowls in a large set of five bowls and a medium set of four bowls.
