Jansen has spent over a decade launching categories and wholesale markets along the west coast. As part of the team who launched Gourmet/Housewares in Las Vegas, she has watched it grow from under 100 resources to more than 800 today. Being part of the #lvmkt team is her greatest professional achievement. She’s especially grateful to the small army supporting her at home — with special love to Nana, her husband Patrick, and lil’ sous chefs Mia & Emerson.
