Vice President of Operations

Natalie was born and raised in Cedarville, Ohio. She attended Wright State University where she obtained a degree in Psychology. While attending Wright State she started working part time for Shops by Todd, Inc. as a part time sales associate. That is where her passion for the business started. Fast forward 13 years, Natalie is now married to her husband Brock and has two boys Liam (5) and Lincoln (10 weeks). She oversees all 20 stores and runs the day-to-day operations, sales and management training, and personnel leadership for all  stores across 6 markets encompassing 300-400 employees.
