Customer Relations Manager

Sydney is the Customer Relations Manager at RainCaper. Her responsibilities include order management, warehouse communication, trade show management, customer service, and sales, wearing many hats to keep the day-to-day operations smooth and organized for her team and for her customers. Previously working for a family-owned florist and gift shop for years after college, Sydney has seen multiple sides of this industry and cannot get enough!

Aside from driving the sales and success of RainCaper, Sydney spends her days in her home in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband, 4 year old son, and pet beta fish, “Rock”.
