The Red Barn of Woodbridge

Job Title

Store Manager

Accomplishments

Scott began her retail career as a floorwalker at The Red Barn of Woodbridge, a small clothing boutique in Connecticut. She soon evolved into a cashier and, with her love of art, merchandiser. As customers grew to trust her taste, Scott evolved into personal shopper and, eventually, manager, participating in all aspects of running a small business, including staffing and budgeting. Now Scott is working on a business degree, which she hopes will help her excel and make contributions in the larger retail world.
