International Greetings USA Acquires Glitterwrap Inc.
International Greetings PLC, through its subsidiary International Greetings USA is pleased to announce the acquisition of Glitterwrap, Inc., the renowned domestic manufacturer of high design content gift wrapping and party products.
International Greetings is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of paper greetings and stationery products. The company enjoys global revenues in excess of $400 million annually and is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange.
The acquisition will allow IG USA to provide an unparalleled product range to the US market place with brands that include The Gift Wrap Company, Stephen Lawrence, Pepperpot, Design Focus by Glitterwrap and Festive by Glitterwrap.
