Up With Paper Introduces New Gift Embellishment Line

Mason, OH – Up With Paper announced that it would be introducing The Finishing Touch, a new line of three-dimensional, pop-up gift embellishments, in 2008. Everyday designs will be available to retail in July, and Christmas designs will be available in August. All designs will be unveiled at the National Stationery Show in New York in May.

Each Finishing Touch design includes a matching gift tag and ingeniously pops up, generating a distinctive gift embellishment that identifies any gift as something special.

“Like our unique pop-up greeting cards, The Finishing Touch gift embellishments give consumers a memorable way to personalize a special occasion,” said George White, President and COO of Up With Paper. “Why use that same old bow when you can complete a gift with The Finishing Touch?”

The 2008 Finishing Touch everyday program features baby, wedding, birthday and general gift designs in two sizes, for a total of 12 items. The large designs are approximately four inches in diameter, and have a suggested retail price of $4.99, while the smaller designs average three inches in diameter and have an SRP of $3.99.

The 2008 Finishing Touch holiday program includes six creative designs that feature fun, fresh holiday icons, including Santa Claus, snowflakes, dreidels, reindeer, snowmen, and Santa’s sleigh. Similar to the everyday program, designs are available in large and small formats, with SRP’s of $4.99 and $3.99, respectively.

The Finishing Touch gift embellishments are available as open stock, which can be pegged or merchandised on any shelf. The 2008 holiday program is also available in two pre-pack programs, each merchandised on clip strips and featuring a variety of designs that will meet any consumerπs tastes.
