Lucie, 17, May Be Youngest Shop Owner in the Country
Plymouth, UK – AN ENTERPRISING teenager who has opened her own shop could be the youngest shop owner in the country, according to researchers.
Lucie Balchin, aged 17, said she worked all hours to achieve her ‘dream’ of owning and opening her own shop.
The former Kingsbridge Community College student opened The Crazy Cow gift shop in Modbury on October 1 last year – 10 days after her 17th birthday.
