Success Story: Internet Helps Grow Firm’s Hair, Skin Lines
Fort Myers, FL – YouTube launched Rochelle Graham into the business world.
It all started innocently enough in 2008 with a personal video blog when Graham, inspired by her husband, Demond Campbell, decided to stop chemically treating her hair with relaxers and let her natural hair grow.
Over the years she posted several videos a week about the concoctions she’d whip up to treat her hair and skin and show off her handmade jewelry. It led to a jewelry and accessories business and that eventually grew to offer homemade, natural hair and skin care products. Today, Graham and her husband run their store, Black Onyx World, in south Fort Myers selling to locals and customers from the Virgin Islands to North Carolina.
