Seguin, TX – A new business has opened in Seguin’s Downtown Historic District.

PoPo’s Boutique made its debut in July at 105 N. River St.

“Basically, it’s the shop in the back,” said owner Shaunette Torres. Her shop occupies two rooms toward the rear of the building behind Every Day Is A Gift which is where you’re at when you first go through the front door at 105 N. River.
